We want you to love your candles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Used candles or candles that have been lit.

Sale or clearance items.

Gift cards.

Process

1. Contact us at support@provencerosecandleco.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, ship the item back to us.

3. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund or exchange.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
