Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During high-demand seasons (holidays or special launches), processing may take longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and carrier.

Free shipping all US domestic orders 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard Free Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional cost.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations.

Delivery times vary by destination and may take 10–21 business days.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Provence Rose Candle Co. is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at support@provencerosecandleco.com

Damaged Items

If your candle arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
