Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

• During holidays or high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Standard shipping within the U.S. is Free

• Estimated delivery times:

• Standard: 3–7 business days

• Expedited: 2–3 business days

• Overnight: 1 business day (when available)

International Shipping

• We currently ship to select international destinations. Rates are calculated at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their country.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

• Provence Rose Candle Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
