Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

During holidays or high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Standard shipping within the U.S. is Free

Estimated delivery times:

Standard: 3–7 business days

Expedited: 2–3 business days

Overnight: 1 business day (when available)

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

Provence Rose Candle Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
